Disturbed now as when I first read it, I’ve explored the destructive core of Kurt Vonnegut's novel, ‘Slaughterhouse-Five.’ Specifically, I’ve aimed to evoke the postwar desolation of Dresden. The ruins stand as a testament to the devastation caused by conflict, while the shattered landscape hints at the nonlinear nature of time that shapes the narrative.
