Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

Please contact us at sandypatience@icloud.com before returning any items so we can assist you with the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with clear photos of the issue at sandypatience@icloud.com , and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
